Vaccinate Or…Create A Whole Bunch of Rules?
Keeping it short and sweet this week. It’s still summer! Our deepest apologies though :-)
HR departments across the technology landscape are wrestling with revised return to office plans as the delta variant, equally as contagious as the chickenpox, ravages the world.
What would you do?
Should companies require everyone to get vaccinated in order to return to work and proceed with original timelines? Are they going to get sued by such mandates? Doubt many employers have had to grapple with medical decisions before. It’s tricky.
OR is it just easier to…push back a return to office until we know more? Yeah, that sounds safer. Watch for that to be the popular choice!
The answers aren’t extremely clear.
But the science certainly seems to be. Vaccinations are the way. The road ahead looks winding. Buckle up for an interesting fall startup season. And get your shots!
